Management and control of technological equipment inventory Technology Assistant A reputable company is currently seeking a Technology Assistant responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to ensure the proper operation of organizational equipment, networks, and technological tools. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support for users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (PCs and laptops). Install and configure corporate software and technological tools. Provide support for internal networks and internet connectivity. Install and configure printers and peripherals. Manage and control the inventory of technological equipment. Respond to support requests according to departmental requirements. Required Profile Technical or technological degree in Systems, Networks, Maintenance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, basic networking, and corporate tools. Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in teams. Willingness to travel between service locations. Working Conditions Salary: $1.802.600 Contract type: Project-based employment contract Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Location: Pasto, with willingness to travel to nearby areas.
