Experience: Experience will be recognized according to the following qualifications: 1. High school graduate with completion of one (1) year of higher education: no prior experience required. 2. Four (4) years of secondary education: six (6) months of work experience related to the contractual scope. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Support field cadastral surveys by accompanying the property surveyor in collecting physical, legal, and economic information on properties within the municipality, both urban and rural. 2. Support field activities delegated to obtain the cadastral–property information required for cadastral processes related to creation, updating, or maintenance. 3. Accompany the field-level management and compilation of information necessary to process formal or informal properties, such as owners’ identification documents, title deeds, and real estate registry folios. 4. Conduct field visits and record dimensions and other information gathered during field activities. 5. Safeguard information, materials, and equipment assigned during field or office activities; likewise, ensure proper use of assigned identification items. 6. Attend meetings to which they are summoned, at the scheduled dates and times. 7. Prepare reports as requested, in the manner, location, and format specified by supervision. 8. Carry out any additional obligations established by the assigned cadastral update coordinator, provided they relate to the level and nature of this profile. Deliverables: Document detailing all activities carried out during the period, along with respective annexes and supporting documentation.
