




Position Summary: We are seeking a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and administering network incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. LAN and WiFi network support and administration. 2. Network incident diagnosis and resolution. 3. Performance monitoring and scheduled maintenance. We are looking for a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer for our work team. Minimum 2 years of experience in network support and administration. Knowledge of LAN and WLAN networks (switches, access points, and controllers). Basic/intermediate proficiency in VLAN, SSID configuration, and firmware updates. Experience in incident diagnosis, network monitoring, and ticket management. Ability to analyze failures, review logs, and escalate to higher levels. Responsibilities: Incident handling, diagnosis, and resolution for LAN and WiFi networks. Administration and adjustments to network infrastructure. Performance monitoring (latency, packet loss, interference). Execution of planned changes and scheduled maintenance. Documentation of activities, report generation, and ticket tracking.
