Opportunities for automation, internal tooling, and complex system learning We are seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer (Site Reliability)** to support, operate and enhance production systems, focusing on reliability, incident management and operational excellence. This position offers opportunities to deepen technical expertise, expand domain knowledge and take ownership of system\-wide improvements. **Responsibilities** * Respond to and investigate production incidents based on priority and impact * Troubleshoot issues across applications, services and operating systems * Collect and analyze logs, metrics and monitoring data to identify root causes * Document incidents, findings and resolutions in ticketing systems and knowledge bases * Collaborate with development teams, Auction Operations, Support Lines and TPMs * Follow and help improve SOPs, escalation paths, SLAs and operational processes * Contribute to internal tools, scripts and automation where possible * Actively learn system architecture, data flows and dependencies beyond assigned tickets * Proactively identify risks, recurring issues and improvement opportunities **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, production support or technical support (L2/L3\) * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments * Knowledge of Linux\-based systems, macOS is a plus * Understanding of monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, alerts) * Experience with incident management and escalation workflows * Proficiency in documenting issues, solutions and procedures * Skills in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JSM/Jira * Basic programming or scripting experience in Bash, Python or batch * Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams * Willingness to learn complex systems end\-to\-end, not only resolve individual tickets **Nice to have** * Strong scripting or programming experience in Python, Bash or similar * Experience with operational automation or internal tooling * Familiarity with ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem and Change Management * Background in supporting distributed systems or complex platform environments * Exposure to image\-based systems, camera/server pipelines or ML\-driven platforms
