We are currently seeking a PLANNING ANALYST for our OPERATIONS division. We offer an indefinite-term contract, continuous training, and growth opportunities at dichter & neira. The general purpose of this position is to support the Planning Manager in fulfilling and implementing study planning to ensure timely delivery and defined effectiveness. Generate base files for auditing, routes, and monitor production flow to meet closing deadlines. Key functions and responsibilities include: 1. Design logical and accessible daily work plans. 2. Optimize routes to maximize cost-efficiency and resource utilization. 3. Update the point-of-sale database. 4. Review work plans to ensure logical consistency with client-defined route compliance requirements. 5. Submit preliminary field and supervision reports to the Project Manager. 6. Ensure proper execution of work plans. 7. Design systems for automating plan execution and for continuous improvement within the area. Academic Profile: Technical diploma, final-semester student, or graduate in Business Administration. Intermediate Excel skills, basic Power BI and Python knowledge. 2 years of experience in similar roles.
