Key role in the development and monitoring of operations At Vias y Explanaciones, we seek an organized, proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn to serve as an Operations Assistant, providing cross-functional support to various company departments and contributing to the proper execution of operational and administrative processes. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism in appearance and interpersonal interactions, discipline, sound judgment, responsibility, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must possess analytical ability, information tracking and management capabilities, and maintain a collaborative, solution-oriented attitude toward daily operational needs. \- **Academic background:** Technician or professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. \- **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and monitoring of pre-operational record reports. * Support in coordinating and monitoring operational meetings. * Control and analysis of absenteeism indicators. * Management and control of petty cash. * Processing of administrative legalizations and supporting documentation. * Support in the onboarding process for mine work fronts. * Analysis and updating of databases. * Cross-functional support to various operational and administrative departments. * Tracking and control of operationally required information. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Proficiency in office software and database tools. * Analytical and tracking capabilities. * Assertive communication and strong interpersonal skills. * Responsibility and commitment. * Adaptability and teamwork. **Working Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. * Work modality: On-site. * Personal vehicle preferred. * Salary: To be agreed upon.
