




Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare food, ensure quality and safety, and perform support tasks in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in scheduled trainings We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant to join our team. The role involves performing preliminary and final food preparation activities according to the schedule established by the immediate supervisor, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at each stage. Responsibilities: Carry out the cleaning and disinfection program and accurately complete related records. Wash and disinfect: work areas, equipment, service lines, and utensils. Wash and disinfect: tableware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery. Wash and peel fruits and vegetables, and perform other support tasks for kitchen staff. Unpack and store products in refrigerators, cabinets, and other storage areas (if required). Prepare food in compliance with the Company’s quality and safety standards. Stock the service line with foods under the assistant’s responsibility. Be accountable for the decoration, presentation, and final quality of prepared products. Accurately complete quality assurance and food safety forms associated with food production and distribution processes during the assigned shift. Carry out assigned activities following established procedures, instructions, and checklists. Collect and identify reference samples. Store and label food as required. Provide excellent service to guests in accordance with the Company’s service standards (if required). Comply with the Company’s specific Good Manufacturing Practices. Participate in scheduled trainings relevant to the position. Hand over the shift, reporting all identified risks, completed activities, and returning tools in order. Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience in restaurants, casinos, clubs, catering houses, or similar establishments.
