Promote operational excellence by applying continuous improvement tools. Influence through your role, contributions, and leadership to foster a culture of operational excellence across all employees and cross-functionally, ensuring our SQDIC operating license. **How You Will Make an Impact:** * **Lead projects** (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and improvement actions supporting business objectives, under the entire SQDIC operating license framework. * **Perform data analysis** (KPIs, dashboards, etc.) together with leaders from all areas across the production and logistics chain, to diagnose processes using LEAN methodologies and identify improvement opportunities that materialize as Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma projects, or high transformation initiatives (investments). * **Lead ITM training sessions** and provide proper coaching and feedback to ensure a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization at all levels. * **Promote and create forums** for identifying improvement ideas (Hard, Soft, COPQ and DtV), as well as provide coaching and support implementation, strategies, and projects, ensuring proper change management to guarantee successful implementation and positive outcomes. * **Continuously update the factory's ITM Master Plan**, based on annual objectives of each unit and regional goals, while ensuring its implementation and the maturity level of operational excellence. * **Guide and properly align the factory's performance governance** through the standard governance model used in the organization. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Processes, or related fields * 5 to 6 years of relevant experience * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/TPM tools and Quality Management Systems * Six Sigma Black Belt desirable * Knowledge and proficiency in digital tools (Power Apps, Power BI, etc) * Fluent English (desirable) * Analytical mindset with data focus * Structured reasoning * Creative ability * Execution capability and deadline adherence * Process-oriented vision * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Leadership * Communication **Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
