We are looking for a **proactive, detail\-oriented, and service\-driven** Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pereira. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Provide accurate information about our services, events, and membership benefits. * Support members in resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain and update member records in our CRM system. * Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. * Collaborate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow. * Prepare and share reports on client feedback and service performance. **Requirements:** * **Fluent in English** (spoken and written) – this is a must. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive problem\-solving approach. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in logistics, events, or B2B environments. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM platforms). **We Offer:** * A professional and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within an international business network. * Training on our systems, events, and global logistics industry.
