




Job Description We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support in the company’s administrative processes, ensuring proper information management, internal communication, and support to various departments. Responsibilities * Assist in the management and organization of administrative documents. * Prepare and archive reports, databases, and records. * Answer phone calls, emails, and internal and external requests. * Support billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. * Follow up with suppliers and customers as required. * Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars. * Handle correspondence and physical and digital filing. * Provide general support to the administrative and accounting departments.
