**Production Operator** ===================== **About the Role:** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the assigned machine, guaranteeing personnel safety, product quality, and adherence to production schedules. To achieve this, you will receive and hand over shifts to ensure operational continuity, maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices, and carry out material preparation and assembly in accordance with procedure PS\-200302\. Additionally, you will follow all established rules and protocols to optimize operational efficiency and ensure the protection of personnel and assets under your responsibility. Your work will contribute to maintaining quality standards and driving continuous process improvement, promoting a safe and organized work environment. **What You Will Do:** * Receive and hand over shift information with your colleague to stay informed about all events occurring during the machine's operation * Keep the machine, tools, and work area clean and organized in line with 5S, Operational Discipline, and Quality standards * Prepare materials according to established procedure PS\-200302 * Load required materials onto the machine for operation **Who We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Associate degree or technician in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in manufacturing and production areas * **Basic Knowledge:** Quality Management Systems, Production Process, NTF * **Skills:** Teamwork, assertive communication **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose, Breaking Down Barriers for Wellbeing, gives meaning to everything we do.
