Job Objective To plan, coordinate, and supervise the production processes of aluminum stairs, ensuring compliance with scheduling, quality standards, industrial safety, and optimization of plant resources. 4\. Main Responsibilities * Plan and organize production according to targets set by management. * Supervise and coordinate plant personnel, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies necessary for production. * Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. * Implement and enforce industrial safety and OHS regulations within the production area. * Coordinate with the quality department for inspection of finished products prior to dispatch. * Propose improvements in production processes to optimize time and costs. * Prepare weekly/monthly production reports. * Train and guide operational staff in good manufacturing practices and safety procedures. * Ensure achievement of established productivity and efficiency targets. 5\.
