OBJECTIVE: Efficiently coordinate and supervise the coffee hulling process, ensuring compliance with established quality, productivity, and safety standards, as well as optimizing human and material resources to guarantee a high-quality product that meets customer specifications, contributing to the achievement of production goals. REQUIREMENTS: * Professional in industrial production, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Essential knowledge in hulling processes, coffee quality standards, production planning, production control, traceability, and basic inventory management. * Minimum of 2 years of essential experience in coffee processing plants, especially in operation and supervision of hulling processes.
