Job Summary: We are seeking a promoter to promote and display products from our portfolio, ensuring brand recognition and visibility to support sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out promotional, customer service, and product display activities. 2. Ensure brand recognition and visibility. 3. Contribute to sales growth. We are looking for a Promoter to work with Cooperativa Colanta in the city of Manizales. What will you do? Execute promotional, customer service, and product display activities for the portfolio at events and various assigned locations, aiming to ensure brand recognition and visibility and contribute to sales growth. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday; two Sundays per month; compensatory day off when working on Sundays; working hours from 7 AM to 7 PM in 8-hour shifts. Work Modality: 100% in-person Requirements: Education: High School Diploma (Grade 11 completed with diploma or official transcript). Experience: 6 months of experience promoting similar brands in the mass consumer food sector. Excellent personal presentation. Availability to promote the meat product line or other lines required by the company at various locations. We Offer: Salary: Base salary $1,800,000 + Statutory Transportation Allowance.
