Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for project programming, monitoring, and control of construction projects, with a focus on technical supervision and support in preparing reports and designs. The Employment Management and Placement Agency Confa requests, for one of our client companies, the position of: Project Programming, Monitoring, and Control Educational Level: Technical, Technological, or Professional Degree in Engineering (postgraduate studies preferred) Experience: 3 years (36 months) in programming, monitoring, and control of construction projects in the mining sector Knowledge: -Construction project programming and control -Regulations in construction and civil engineering -Reading and interpretation of blueprints -Budgeting and construction costs -Preparation of technical reports Skills: -Analytical thinking -Organization -Attention to detail -Teamwork -Problem solving Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Salary: $5,000,000 + statutory benefits Responsibilities: -Supervise compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality specifications on site -Support technical studies and preparation of construction project reports -Participate in planning, programming, and control of projects -Assist in developing designs, blueprints, and construction models -Support cost, quantity, and material estimation -Collaborate in procurement processes and proposal development -Organize maintenance and repair activities for construction works -Support execution and monitoring of infrastructure projects. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program years of experience
