Job Summary: We are seeking a Promoter with a TAT profile to provide external support to sales representatives, focusing on point-of-sale implementation, product rotation, and portfolio promotion. Portfolio management and achievement of sales quotas We are looking for a Promoter with a TAT profile to provide external support to sales representatives. Responsibilities: Point-of-sale implementation Product rotation Promotion of the product portfolio. Planning and achieving established sales quotas for customers within the assigned territory. Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales promotion at points of sale, including TAT field force support, portfolio management, product displays, and point-of-sale implementation Salary: COP 1,750,905 per month plus legal transportation allowance. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (two Sundays per month), 8 hours per day, depending on the location — typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience
