Plan, direct, and supervise the logistical execution of scheduled artistic and cultural activities. Includes direct coordination of set construction and dismantling processes, 2. Efficiently secure available physical venues and synchronize timing of technical resources required for each event. 3. Supervise, inventory, and safeguard technical equipment of the cultural area (sound systems, lighting, and audiovisual tools). 4. Structure, rigorously monitor, and continuously evaluate work schedules for the cultural area. 5. Ensure that operational stages before, during, and after the event strictly adhere to established deadlines, mitigating time delays or extraordinary costs. 6. Manage compliance with hospitality requirements, technical contracts, and ensure continuous operational support from arrival until completion of participation at the venue. 7. Consolidate operational information and generate detailed basic administrative reports on event execution, audience attendance, consumables usage, and vendor evaluations. · Education Level: Professional degree in performing arts or related fields. Experience: Minimum six (6) years in corporate or related event logistics. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: $2,643,700 + statutory surcharges + overtime + transportation allowance, including statutory benefits.
