Job Summary: A leading food company in Pereira is seeking a PROCESS SUPERVISOR with an excellent attitude to ensure quality and compliance in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and auditing of menu cycle and minutes compliance 2. Verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and food handling 3. Support in onboarding and training processes A prominent food company located in Pereira requires a PROCESS SUPERVISOR for its team, with an excellent attitude and eagerness to learn. Requirements: - Technician or Technologist in Quality, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field - Minimum two years of experience in production plants, supervising operational staff Main Responsibilities: - Verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) - Completion of documentation forms - Supervision of portioning according to established weight standards - Verification of food and utensil handling as specified - Supervise and audit compliance with the menu cycle and minutes - Verify arrival and delivery times of meals to the facility - Supervise meal distribution according to diet count and requests - Diet counting and cross-referencing with clinic software - Verification of food temperatures prior to dispatch from the production center - Support in onboarding and training processes.
