Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance to the work location.** The Dispatch Assistant will handle general incoming and outgoing shipments correctly by understanding warehouse processes and procedures. In this role, they will complete activities related to receiving and dispatching documentation and goods, ensuring accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping. **Shift / Work Schedule: Rotating** **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * **Job Description:** + Receive finished products, frozen products, IQF products, and refrigerated products, verifying weight, quantities, temperature, batches, traceability, and product presentation. + Prepare orders for ticketing. + Load vehicles considering total units, weight, human resources, timely vehicle departure, and settlement aligned with scheduling and established pre\-routes. + Perform activities required to control inventory of finished and semi\-finished products to ensure data accuracy in the JD Edwards platform. + Handle and resolve delivery complaints (shortages, overages, misdeliveries, and losses) raised by distributors, agencies, retail outlets, and company staff (driver assistants). + Generate invoices for all products dispatched to agencies and distributors (products, by\-products, raw materials, commercialized food items, and industrial waste transferred to third parties, etc.), including transfers to agencies, complying with customer requirements, procedures, instructions, and the company’s administrative and financial policies, ensuring precise control over product outflows and satisfaction of internal and external customers. + Clean loading docks. + Report road incidents occurring during work commutes. + Participate in road safety training sessions. + Comply with the organization’s commitment to adhere to road safety legislation and organizational guidelines. + Timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Qualifications:** * Must be at least 18 years old. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and descending stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms or 12\.5 kilograms, with or without reasonable accommodation (as applicable). * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Completed high school education. * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with prior notice. * Availability for overnight shifts. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (warehouse assistant, warehouse helper, or related positions in distribution or mass consumption companies). * Ability to work under various environmental conditions, including cold temperatures down to \-22 degrees Celsius, using PPE. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using computers. **Please attach the following documents to your application:** **Complete resume**: copy of identification document, academic certificates, employment certifications or personal recommendations To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
