Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for agile projects A reputable company engaged in commercial activities is seeking a professional or technologist with a background in accounting, Industrial Engineering, or administrative fields to fill the role of Strategic Process Analyst. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, proposing innovative and agile solutions aimed at continuous improvement and enhanced organizational efficiency and profitability. Execute and control the successful implementation of process improvement projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation that positively impacts the business, customers, and colleagues. Provide close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure agile and successful project execution. Develop and update process documentation, including procedures, manuals, instructions, functional documents, etc. Develop and execute the company’s strategic project work plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Maximize operational efficiency and sustain continuous improvement across all company departments by proposing improvement initiatives.
