We are looking for a Physical Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and improvement activities across our facilities. Position Purpose Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities for physical infrastructure, ensuring optimal conditions of safety, functionality, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, provide technical support for infrastructure projects and manage technical and documentary information for the area using digital tools. Main Responsibilities Support scheduling and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor the execution of infrastructure maintenance and improvement work. Provide technical support for physical infrastructure projects. Manage and update drawings, technical documentation, and departmental records. Prepare and manage technical information using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365\. Verify compliance with safety and quality requirements during activity execution. Requirements Civil Engineer (must hold a valid Professional License and a Certificate of Validity and Disciplinary Record issued by COPNIA) or Civil Works Technologist meeting the required experience and, where applicable, holding the corresponding professional registration. Desirable experience of 3 years in infrastructure maintenance, civil works, or local repairs. Knowledge and experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of physical infrastructure.
