Role Description Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising transportation operations to ensure timely, safe and efficient delivery; must coordinate with customers, drivers and other operational staff, resolve incidents and ensure high-level service. Requirements * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, logistics or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation coordination or supervision, distribution and logistics. * Essential experience in logistics and transportation areas. * Advanced level in Excel. Responsibilities * Data analysis for proper resource planning and cost optimization. * Development, monitoring and control of indicators. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices programs. * Handle and follow up on customer complaints regarding inconsistencies in services provided. * Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions as required in the transportation process. * Optimize available resources (human, physical, technological, financial) to improve profitability and customer service. * Ensure, supervise and control documentary records of movements and transactions of transport waybills. * Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels. * Know, disseminate and implement company policies, ensuring understanding and application at all levels of the organization they lead. * Develop, coordinate and verify necessary quality management activities for optimal performance of operational and administrative processes. * Support maintenance activities for infrastructure and equipment used in the logistics center for the development of operational processes.
