Job Summary: Support the management and optimization of the B2C sales channel via the e-commerce platform, contributing to business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and analyze online market competition In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the management and optimization of the B2C sales channel through the company's e-commerce platform, contributing to business growth and profitability. Your primary mission will be: 1. Content and Product Management: • Support the creation and updating of attractive and relevant product content for the online store (descriptions, images, videos, etc.). • Collaborate in managing the product catalog, ensuring correct categorization, pricing, and availability. • Participate in implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales. • Review and update inventory. 2. Metrics Analysis and Tracking: • Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, abandoned carts, etc.). • Identify data trends and patterns to propose improvements and optimizations for the channel. • Prepare periodic reports with findings and recommendations to support decision-making. 3. Competitive Research and Analysis: * • Conduct research and analysis of online market competitors. • Identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to improve the company’s value proposition. • Prepare reports with findings and recommendations for the e-commerce channel strategy. Requirements for the Role: • Currently enrolled university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. • Desire to learn fundamentals of digital marketing and e-commerce. • Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in data analysis tools • Intermediate English language proficiency (A2–B1) is ideal • Availability to sign a SENA apprenticeship labor contract . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree years of experience Keywords: intern, practicante, becario, pasante
