Handles infrastructure incidents and requests Platform / IT Infrastructure Administrator A leading technology-sector company is looking for a Platform Administrator to join its Managed Services team, responsible for managing, supporting, and ensuring the operational continuity of critical platforms. Job Objective: To administer, monitor, and ensure the availability of assigned platforms, handle requests and incidents, and guarantee optimal operation of servers, services, and infrastructure components. Location: Bogotá – Hybrid mode (primarily remote with occasional client visits). Requirements: Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience administering platforms and technological infrastructure. Experience in critical and high-availability environments. Required Technical Knowledge: Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2025. Linux (basic/intermediate administration). Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP). On-Premise Exchange and Microsoft 365. Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. VMware and virtualization platforms. Azure (desirable). File Transfer. Basic cybersecurity. ITIL and agile methodologies (desirable). Main Responsibilities: Handling infrastructure incidents and requests. Administration of Windows and Linux servers. Management of Active Directory and associated services. Administration of Exchange email and Microsoft 365. Support for VMware/Azure virtualized platforms. Monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance. Technical documentation and compliance with ANS regulations. Ensuring operational continuity and stability of services. We seek a service-oriented, proactive, analytical individual capable of working in dynamic environments.
