Lead the HSEQ Management System at TecniBat LATAM S.A.S., ensuring compliance with current legal regulations in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Management. Promote a culture of prevention, sustainability, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization. * Design, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), in accordance with Colombian legal regulations (Decree 1072 of 2015, Resolution 0312 of 2019, among others). * Coordinate and execute occupational risk prevention programs, training sessions, inductions, and safety campaigns. * Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, incident investigations, and follow-up on action plans. * Manage HSEQ performance indicators and present periodic reports to senior management. * Ensure proper waste management, compliance with environmental requirements, and permits required by the environmental authority. * Coordinate responses to audits from clients, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies. * Support document management for the IMS (matrices, procedures, forms, policies, plans). * Promote a culture of continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes.
