Profile: Technical, technological, or university student in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. Official endorsement from the educational institution to begin internship activities. Basic knowledge of food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proactive, dynamic, responsible individual with a learning mindset. Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and mise en place. Assist in cold and hot kitchen operations. Portioning and plating. Organization and cleaning of the work area.
