If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Description:** Process all technical service requests and provide support until closure of each case generated. **Responsibilities:** **Complaint and Non-Conformity Management** * Initiate customer complaints through Boclaim and follow up until closure. * Support the development of CAPA and analysis of non-conformities arising from customers or internal/external audits. **Document Control and Reconciliations** * Consolidate documentation for reconciling credit notes related to damages, thefts, or incidents occurring during operations. * Manage information required for customer billing and monthly provisioning processes. * Issue invoices for import transportation services. **Personnel Management** * Report operational staff disabilities and absences. * Request support staff when required by operations. * Consolidate and validate staff overtime hours. **Logistics and Operational Processes** * Register goods receipts in SAP, ensuring accurate information traceability. * Validate order status in SIAR. * Execute material block/unblock movements in SAP per operational directives and/or manual assignments. * Maintain updated tracking tools and document repositories used for operational control.
