




Important hotel located in Chía requires personnel to work as a Reservation Assistant, Technician or Technologist in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in mid-range or high-end hotels. **The job mission is:** To manage and ensure room reservations efficiently and courteously, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience from the first contact. **Some of the functions to be performed:** \- Accept and process individual and group reservations via phone, email, and online platforms \- Verify room availability, rates, and reservation policies \- Organize or reorganize reservations when necessary and manage cancellations or changes \- Keep the reservation system and customer database updated \- Respond to inquiries and requests for information about hotel services and tourist areas \- Provide excellent customer service by resolving questions, requests, and complaints \- Assist with transportation bookings (such as taxis) and provide directions \- Obtain payment information and process credit/debit card or cash payments, including issuing receipts and invoices \- Present and verify guest account statements \- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience \- Follow up on reservations and payments \- Maintain clear communication with the rest of the reservations team, including shift handovers \- Inform management and front desk staff about pending reservations \- Ensure compliance with cancellation and deposit policies If you are interested and meet the profile, please send your resume to seleccion@hotelesb3\.com Job type: Full-time
