




* Clean, disinfect and organize guest rooms according to hotel standards. * Clean and disinfect assigned bathrooms, floors, surfaces, furniture and windows. * Change bed linens, towels and curtains as appropriate, ensuring proper placement. * Restock amenities, toiletries and courtesy items in guest rooms. * Maintain the cleaning cart, tools and assigned products in good condition. * Inspect the general condition of guest rooms and report damages, malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Report guest-returned lost items following hotel protocols. * Assist with cleaning common areas when required. * Comply with hygiene, biosafety, industrial safety and customer service standards. * Provide courteous and respectful guest service when interaction is required.
