




We are looking for the best talent to join our team as an Operational and Academic Support Professional. **Responsibilities:** Prepare per diem projections according to scheduled days and request the corresponding advance from the Administrative Directorate. Review flight hours performed by instructors and students, as recorded in the flight logbook. Verify refueling operations using information registered in the flight logbook. Record fuel consumption in the monthly control report. Forecast fuel consumption, request advances, and monitor balances. Verify payment supporting documents prior to issuing ground, flight, course, and agreement certificates, among others. Prepare reports on flight hours and simulator usage, taking into account the hourly rate, authorized amounts or discounts, as well as price jumps applicable to each FLYING student, and the amount to be invoiced. Invoice all school income, including weekly flight and simulator hours consumed by students. Verify expenses incurred during the execution of commissions. Among other related functions. **Requirements:** Recently graduated professional in Industrial Engineering or related fields, with interest in the aeronautical sector, capacity for learning, organization, and support of operational and academic processes within Flying Aviation School. **Academic Qualifications** * Recently graduated professional in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Training or courses related to the aeronautical sector will be valued (non-exclusive). **Required Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of Aeronautical Regulations, with emphasis on RAC Parts 61, 63, 65, and 141. * Process planning and organization. * Proficiency in technological tools. * Familiarity with academic platforms and electronic devices is desirable. **Main Functions** * Provide support for the aviation and theoretical operations of the Aviation School. * Support flight planning and scheduling, coordinated with the relevant departments. * Support the correct application and consultation of Aeronautical Regulations (RAC 61, 63, 65, and 141). * Manage and support the use of the Aviation School’s technological tools (institutional iPads and Q10 academic platform). * Support administrative and academic processes related to school operations. * Carry out any other duties assigned by the Directorate, according to institutional needs. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Capacity for learning * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Interest in the aeronautical sector **Salary:** SMLV + benefits Indefinite-term contract, renewable Work location: Medellín – In-person Position type: Full-time
