




**Credicorp Capital** invites you to turn challenges into opportunities by assuming the **Trader** position, whose objective is to execute, record, and monitor transactions in local and international markets (fixed income, equities, and derivatives) for portfolios under Third-Party Portfolio Management agreements. The role ensures best execution, regulatory compliance, operational accuracy, and alignment with defined investment objectives. It involves close collaboration with Client Portfolio Management, Middle/Back Office, and Compliance to ensure appropriate risk control and efficient service to internal clients. **Your main responsibilities:** * Quote and execute orders across different markets. * Comply with best execution policies, risk limits, and approved counterparties. * Record and confirm all transactions according to Front Office-established procedures. * Conduct pre-trade and post-trade checks related to limits, issuers, eligibility, and restriction lists. * Escalate any identified deviations. * Ensure timely matching with counterparties. * Coordinate with Middle/Back Office on settlement, confirmations, commissions, billing, and reconciliations. * Maintain dashboards of yield curves, prices, cash flows, and market movements. * Prepare daily summaries of market behavior and instrument liquidity. * Manage the list of active counterparties. * Prepare execution comparisons and evidence of best prices. * Produce daily execution reports and supporting documentation for the portfolio team. * Propose improvements, automations, and standardizations to optimize processes and minimize operational errors. **What we are looking for:** * Professional or student completing a degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 0–2 years of experience in financial roles such as: + Trading or money desks + Middle/Back Office + Asset management + Financial or portfolio analysis * Prior internships at financial institutions—or within Credicorp Capital—are valued. * AMV Operator Certification in fixed income (minimum requirement at time of hiring). * Certification in equities and derivatives is desirable—or currently in progress.
