Here, we don’t believe in unnecessary bureaucracy: we seek leaders who can turn complexity into clear, measurable processes. **Your mission** You will lead **organizational-level project governance**, implementing **OKRs and KPIs** to ensure all teams are aligned with strategy. You will be the person designing standardized methodologies, optimizing the use of time, budget, and talent, and fostering a project culture focused on measurable results and continuous improvement. ️ **Key responsibilities** **Governance and strategic alignment** * Define and apply a project governance model with **measurable gates, Go/No\-Go decisions**, and clear cut-off dates. * Implement OKRs and KPIs that measure both project effectiveness and team and individual performance. * Monitor the portfolio to ensure each project supports strategic objectives and adjust resources and timelines when necessary. * **Management methodologies and processes** * Create and standardize the project management methodology across the organization, from planning to closure. * Implement quality control processes, audits, and post\-mortems to extract lessons learned. * Use tools such as **Jira and executive dashboards** to provide real-time visibility of KPIs and OKRs. **Resource and budget management** * Ensure efficient resource allocation, optimizing budget, time, and team capacity. * Implement cost and time tracking tools to prevent deviations. **Performance management and talent development** * Establish clear OKRs for all employees, aligning individual and team performance with strategic objectives. * Define specific KPIs for roles within project teams and evaluate their performance in productivity, quality, and deadlines. * Promote training in project management methodologies and tool usage like Jira. * **Leadership and cross-functional collaboration** * Coordinate interactions between departments such as finance, marketing, product, technology, and human resources. * Maintain clear and effective communication to align expectations, risks, and progress. * **Measurement and continuous improvement** * Develop a measurement system based on KPIs and OKRs to evaluate project and team performance. * Monitor results in real time through dashboards. * Promote a constant feedback cycle to improve processes and methodologies. **Requirements** * 3\+ years leading PMO or managing strategic projects at an organizational level. * Experience implementing **OKRs and KPIs** for projects and teams. * Strong knowledge of management tools such as **Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello**, or similar. * Experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and workforce capacity. * Leadership skills to guide teams and foster cross-department collaboration. * Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) **is a plus.** **Qualities that will make you stand out** * Strategic vision and ability to align projects with company goals. * Focus on results and measuring real impact. * Effective communication at both executive and team levels. * Adaptability and resilience in changing environments. * High organizational ability and handling multiple priorities. **What we offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience. * Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic and expanding company. * Collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with challenging projects. * Hybrid work model to balance personal and professional life. **Does this sound like you?** If you’re passionate about creating structure, measuring impact, and aligning an entire organization toward common goals… Apply now, we’d love to meet you.
