Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities, ensure compliance with standards and procedures established by the Operations Management, and participate in improvements to the inventory control process. **Responsibilities:** * + Optimize resources to meet company requirements. + Develop a strategic logistics plan aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Establish a client-specific schedule for daily cyclic count reporting. + Deliver agreed-upon reports to clients for cyclic inventories (frequency). + Determine ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Coordinate annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature requirements. + Monitor implementation of Good Storage Practices. + Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and develop action plans for employee motivation and improvement. + Monitor inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific KPIs to the Operations Manager, including potential improvements for inventory processes. + Participate in logistics project meetings. + Organize team-based work. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Requirements:** * Technician or professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook * Minimum 3 years of inventory experience * Availability to work on-site in Siberia — Monday to Saturday * **Grade** 009 **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
