




**SHE Coordinator** **Location: Colombia, HUB PALMIRA** **Job Objective:** Manage and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programmes at the Palmira plant, in coordination with departments associated with operational processes and in compliance with Unilever standards and applicable legal regulations. This role requires skills to lead interdisciplinary work and influence people and operational positions, thereby fostering a strong Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Co\-lead the Safety Pillar under Unilever’s continuous improvement methodology. * Lead core site safety programmes. * Drive preventive indicators within assigned categories to prevent accidents. * Manage risk closure and mitigation measures within your category. * Implement and ensure compliance with assigned safety management system standards. * Maintain the competency matrix and training development plan to strengthen the OHS culture at the factory. * Ensure routine on\-site presence and engagement for risk management. ### **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * **Specialisation:** Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). * **Licence:** Valid Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) licence. * **Experience:** + Minimum 3 years in leadership or related OHS roles within fast\-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing plants. + Experience in environmental management, occupational safety and health. * **Specific Knowledge:** + Integrated SHE management systems in manufacturing plants. + Management of emergency response teams and high\-risk work activities. + SHE risk assessment methodologies. + Contractor safety management. + Local environmental and OHS legislation. * **English Proficiency Level:** Intermediate.
