Position: Full-Time Store Operator Tocancipá Job Responsibilities: Provide customer service with kindness and a service-oriented attitude. Operate the cash register and payment processes. Stock and display merchandise on shelves. Ensure operational control and product/process quality assurance. Maintain store order and cleanliness. Control and manage inventory. Required Availability: Monday through Sunday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. One weekly day off. Requirements: Reside in Tocancipá. Availability to perform physically demanding tasks. Desirable: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service. Working Conditions: Indefinite-term employment contract. Base salary: $1,750,905.
