Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure compliance with organizational security protocols and procedures. * Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, and access controls, issuing timely alerts upon detection of any anomalies. * Prepare reports, summaries, and statistics on incidents, losses, damages, thefts, and other relevant findings. * Lead internal investigations related to security events and propose improvement actions. * Train and raise awareness among staff regarding security practices, incident prevention, and use of technological tools. * Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to mitigate risks. * Manage and report incidents in real time, making timely decisions to minimize operational impacts. * Verify permits, authorizations, and documentation for critical or high-risk activities. * Participate in security-related committees and follow-up meetings focused on continuous improvement. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor of the Integrated Logistics Center.
