Job Objective: Lead, design, and implement the company’s Human Resource Management strategy, aligning talent development with business objectives. The role will be responsible for ensuring an optimal organizational climate, enhancing team performance, and guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: Attraction and Retention: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the integration of top talent. Organizational Culture and Climate: Design strategies that promote a positive, safe, inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s values. Development and Training: Implement career plans, performance evaluations, and continuous training programs for employees. Compensation and Benefits: Structure and oversee competitive remuneration policies and workplace wellness programs. Labor Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, payroll management, and coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). Management Indicators (KPIs): Monitor key departmental metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire, training effectiveness) to support strategic decision-making by management. Required Profile: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Postgraduate Degree: Specialization or Master’s in Human Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related fields (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years leading Human Resource Management areas. Specific Knowledge: Current labor legislation, payroll, OH&S MS regulatory requirements.
