We seek someone passionate about agriculture, responsible, and capable of working in field conditions. **Responsibilities:** * Perform planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities for crops. * Control environmental conditions to ensure optimal plant growth (irrigation, temperature, fertilization). * Inspect and maintain plant health, detecting pests or diseases. * Apply fertilization and pest control treatments according to instructions. * Operate agricultural machinery, if required, to carry out cultivation tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in cultivation facilities. * Collaborate with the team to ensure productivity and efficiency in daily tasks. * Comply with quality standards and occupational safety and health regulations.
