Job Summary: We are seeking a Forklift Operator I for CENDIS, responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently, managing inventory, and supporting production processes. Perform daily equipment inspections before use. Execute load movements safely and efficiently. Record and update inventory information in the system. Supply raw materials and packaging materials to production processes. Prepare materials according to the production schedule. Support cyclic inventories and other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or Technical degree in Logistics or related field. 2–3 years of experience operating narrow-aisle and/or double-deep forklifts. Experience in distribution centers and warehouses. Inventory handling or inventory management experience. Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B1). Valid forklift operator certification issued by ONAC- or SENA-accredited companies. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $2,924,050 + statutory benefits + overtime pay.
