We are currently looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support the company’s administrative, accounting, and organizational processes, contributing to proper information flow, document control, and financial management of the organization. We seek an organized, responsible, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, capable of collaborative work, handling confidential information, and providing efficient support across various internal processes. The position requires administrative and accounting skills, as well as willingness to adapt to dynamic environments and contribute to strengthening our internal processes. Requirements: · Technical, technological, or university degree in administrative, accounting, or finance-related fields · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles · Proficiency in accounting software (Siigo or similar) · Experience in electronic invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable · Proficiency in office productivity tools · Basic knowledge of labor and tax regulations · Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills · Key responsibilities include: · Support in administrative and accounting processes · Document management and file control · Recording and control of accounting information · Payroll and labor-related updates support · Monitoring of invoicing, payments, and reconciliations · Support in procurement and supplier processes · Support for activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) · Position Conditions: Salary: $2,200,000 + social benefits Indefinite-term contract 44-hour weekly work schedule Working hours: · Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break) · Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. · Work location: Zipaquirá If you wish to join a company with over 26 years of experience, committed to quality, sustainability, safety, and the development of its human talent, this opportunity is for you.
