Role Description Manage, execute and control logistics operations according to the parameters established by the client and the Company, seeking to optimize resources, generate added value and achieve expected profitability. Requirements * Technologist or professional in logistics, administration or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in transportation. * Experience in coordinating logistics operation activities, personnel management, report preparation and performance indicator management. Operation cost administration, inventories. * Advanced level in Excel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities * Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels. * Attend to and follow up on customer complaints regarding inconsistencies in the services provided. * Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions as required within the Logistics Center. * Optimize available resources (human, physical, technological, financial) to improve profitability and customer service. * Ensure, supervise and control the documentary records of movements and transactions involving goods held in defined areas. * Develop, coordinate and verify the quality management activities necessary for optimal performance of operational and administrative processes.
