Academic background as a Technician or Technologist in Hotel Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in mid-range and high-end hotels. Knowledge of hotel systems such as Zeus, skills in using office tools. Intermediate English proficiency is preferred. **The job mission is:** Ensure the accuracy of daily financial records by reconciling all transactions (such as room charges and payments) and ensuring that accounts are balanced at the end of the shift. **Some of the functions include:** \- Manage the check\-in and check\-out process for guests arriving or departing during nighttime hours, as well as answer phone calls and handle reservations. \- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies during the night shift, ensuring quality service during non-conventional hours. \- Reconcile all daily financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, room charges, and payments. \- Verify the accuracy of daily accounting records and resolve any discrepancies or errors found. \- Balance cash amounts and registration receipts. \- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management, including summaries of revenue, occupancy, and transaction details. \- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting ledgers. \- Act as a liaison with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, and supervise the hotel's overall operations during the night. \- Monitor security cameras and conduct hotel rounds to ensure everything is in order. \- Prepare the system for the next day's operations, ensuring all information is ready for the daytime staff. \- Provide a detailed summary of any nighttime incidents and pending requests to the daytime team.
