We are looking for **Digital Account Managers** to join our team in Bogotá. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Manage and implement social media campaigns across all platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), monitor performance, and apply optimizations to achieve key KPIs. * Provide clients with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on campaign results. * Analyze campaign outcomes and generate qualitative and quantitative reports for clients. * Build a strong relationship with the client's team. * Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities, and be able to find solutions to help expand accounts. * Share insights and support our CDS team to gain experience and create region-specific strategies. * Identify opportunities to provide solutions and automations (e.g., account reports, campaign reports, client presentations, etc.) **You are if:** * You have 2 or more years of experience in the industry. * You have in-depth knowledge of the social media ecosystem. * You have managed Paid Media campaigns on Google and Meta (experience with other global or local platforms is a plus). * You possess digital advertising knowledge and are passionate about new technologies, advancements in tools, and development techniques. * You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data. * You are strategic and goal-oriented. * You have excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, practical approach. * It’s also a plus if you have an international mindset (B2 level or higher) and can communicate fluently (speaking and writing) in English.
