




Important hotel located in Chía requires reception staff to join its team. Academic background as a Technician or Technologist in hospitality-related fields. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in mid-range and high-end hotels. Knowledge of hotel systems such as Zeus, and skills in using office tools. Intermediate level of English is preferred. **The job mission is:** To be the hotel's first point of contact, ensuring an impeccable guest experience from arrival to departure. **Some of the responsibilities include:** \- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. \- Manage the check-in and check-out process, including recording personal information and assigning rooms. \- Answer questions, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly and professionally. \- Take and process room reservations via phone, email, or in person. \- Keep room availability updated in the system. \- Verify account statements, process payments, and manage collections. \- Answer calls, transfer them, and take messages. \- Handle correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and packages. \- Maintain a clean and organized reception area. \- Provide information about hotel services, tourist attractions, and city directions. \- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, or any other guest needs with the respective departments.
