




**FUNCTIONS:** **\-Sort, classify, code, register information, and file materials according to guidelines related to content, purpose, user criteria, chronological, alphabetical or numerical order, regulations, and technical procedures.** **\-Locate and retrieve archived documents requested by the user and remove materials from the archives when requested.** **\-Operate information capture systems and provide required documents.** **\-Maintain classified records, databases, access lists of submitted and removed materials according to technical procedures.** **\-Provide information about archived materials according to technical procedures and regulations.** **\-Prepare and maintain indexes and identification labels for folder contents in classification systems.** **\-Support basic document preservation processes.** **\-Photocopy, scan, and send documents via email and other tools.** **\-Serve customers according to service procedures and regulations.** **\-Perform related duties.** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic level: Technician or technologist in archiving or related fields.** **Experience: Minimum 6 years in positions related to archive management** **SALARY CONDITIONS**: **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary compensation; Current legal minimum wage \+ statutory benefits \+ Extra-legal mobility allowance of $5\.500 per working day worked Payroll payment: Monthly, on the 25th of each month, through an agreement with Bancolombia Contract type: Fixed-term contract, directly with the company **Work location; Autopista Medellín Km 2\.4 \- Warehouse 10 and 11 (Complejo Logístico Industrial y Comercial CLIC 80\) vía Cota Siberia Cundinamarca.** Type of position: Full time
