Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Attending to and supporting customers through various channels (Teams, WhatsApp – Keybe, email, phone). * Creating and tracking tickets in Jira. * Performing functionality tests on platforms and services. * Monitoring tools such as PRTG, Smokeping, and GCP. * Supervising the proper operation of active regions. Availability: * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Sunday to Sunday. * Midweek rest days. * Location: Bogotá (100% on-site).
