Ensure and/or manage the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory management. Ensure proper import conditioning (HANDLED) and invoices (Post-Picking), complying with technical management guidelines so they may be authorized by said department, and control and report quantities of approved conditioned products, taking into account their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse; likewise, ensure and control access to the warehouse by visitors, personnel, and suppliers, safeguarding compliance with GMPs and industrial safety. Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review according to quality standards and reporting. Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization.
