Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control plant production operations. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 regulations. Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency indicators. Manage operational staff performance and ensure achievement of objectives. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment. Optimize the use of raw materials, supplies, and production resources. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and reduction of downtime. Prepare management reports and performance analysis for decision-making. Salary: Negotiable salary + Statutory benefits + Additional benefits Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in food or mass-consumption production plants (verifiable). University degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. Additional Knowledge: Dairy processes: pasteurization, fermentation, homogenization, filling, and packaging. Regulations: GMP, HACCP, INVIMA, OSH. Production indicators and continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, etc.). Personnel management and leadership of operational teams.
