




At SOLINTOS, we are looking for a **Commercial Support** to assist our sales team by preparing quotes, handling web and office customers, managing documentation, using CRM, and tracking sales processes. We are seeking someone with an **excellent attitude, eagerness to learn, organizational skills, and service orientation**. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotes, proposals, and delivery notes. * Attend to customers via website, WhatsApp, email, and in person. * Verify prices, stock, and availability. * Register and track information in the CRM. * Send technical data sheets, certifications, and portfolios. * Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and customer claims. * Schedule appointments with clients and suppliers. * Provide administrative support to the sales department. **Profile** * Technical or technologist degree in administrative, commercial, or occupational health and safety (SST) fields. * 1 year of experience in commercial support or customer service. * Intermediate Excel and CRM skills. * **PLUS:** Experience in PPE or occupational health and safety (SST). * Excellent attitude, customer service skills, organization, and willingness to learn. **Salary** **$1,642,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits.** Working hours: Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month On-site at cll 74a # 27-28 Position type: Full-time Application questions: * Are you comfortable handling customers (online, WhatsApp, in person)? * Are you willing to learn about industrial safety products and PPEs?
