




Position Summary: HSEQ professional with experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving integrated management systems, audits, and risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the integrated HSEQ management and ensure regulatory compliance. 2. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the systems. 3. Manage audits and customer satisfaction within the organization. **EDUCATION** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety. * Occupational Health and Safety License. * Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety Management. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum three (3) years of experience in HSEQ areas. **TRAINING** * Quality Control training. * Technical Training and Short Courses (Environmental, Occupational, and Quality Risks). * Postgraduate studies and/or Master's degrees (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Integrated Risk Management). * ISO 9001:2015 Auditor. * ISO 14001:2015 Auditor. * ISO 45001:2018 Auditor. * Knowledge of ISO 31000 (Risk Management). Key Aspects of Training for an Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Specialist: • Occupational Safety • Occupational Risk Management * Legal and Regulatory Framework. * Pre-hospital care. * First aid. * Height coordination. * Accident investigation and root cause analysis. • Certifications related to occupational risk management or new regulations required by the company. **FUNCTIONS:** * Define the work plan for the system phases, considering actions associated with implementation, maintenance, improvement, and operation of the integrated management system. * Propose strategies for the system according to its needs in the Integrated Management System Committee. * Ensure a customer-focused approach and customer satisfaction across the organization’s various processes. * Identify, together with process leaders, the need to create, modify, or eliminate documents associated with the integrated management system. * Publish and disseminate system-specific documents to interested parties. * Plan and conduct internal audits of the organization and generate reports for senior management. * Address any audit or requirement from certification bodies, regulatory agencies, customers, suppliers, or manufacturers. * Demonstrate the performance of the integrated management system to senior management. * Monitor the organization’s management indicators, requesting improvement actions from process leaders in case of non-compliance. * Manage nonconformities identified in any organizational process, ensuring follow-up and verification of the effectiveness of corrective action plans. * Conduct management reviews covering all management systems adopted by the organization. * Manage strategic and operational risks in accordance with the organization’s Risk Management Manual. * Keep senior management informed about the costs of poor quality, resulting from analyses of nonconformities, information security incidents, accident investigations, due diligence, business continuity, among others. * Support Marketing in developing and administering the customer satisfaction survey. * Support the Procurement and Logistics process in developing and administering supplier re-evaluations. * Report customer satisfaction survey results to senior management and collaborate with process leaders to develop respective action plans based on the results. * Monitor compliance with interested parties’ requirements. * Manage organizational changes. 20.
